Car-Park Receptionist

We launched Romania in April of 2022, having our headquarters in Sema Parc and a fleet of more than 500 cars for our customers.

As a Car-Park Receptionist at Spotawheel, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experience and creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will significantly impact our customers' overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all visitors/ clients with a warm and friendly approach.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Ensure the reception area is visually appealing, clean, organized, and
- presented. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional assistance and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Good command of the English Language
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
