Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Oversee the management of the operations control room, ensuring all cameras andequipment are fully functional and properly maintained;*Conduct daily inspections of cameras for cleanliness, functionality, and recording status;*Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CCTV cameras, systems, and VMS applications (AXISCamera Station, Milestone, Hikvision, etc. );*Install, secure, and maintain VMS applications, performing routine maintenance as per the established plan;*Collaborate with Network and Storage teams to ensure data connections and security are regularly checked;*Provide 24/7 emergency response for CCTV system failures and handle
- hours workrequests when needed;Requirements:*Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering*Strong understanding of CCTV systems and related software (Milestone, AXIS, Hikvision, etc. );*Hands-on experience with CCTV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;*Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and TCP/IP networking;*Experience with storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS) and hardware servers (HP, Dell, EMC, Blade).
