We are looking for Central Demand Planner , who would join our growing team in Bucharest !
Your responsibilities
Reports to SI&OP Manager
Receives and analyses regional demand forecasts.
Develop and produce monthly forecast reports for product group, as part of global SI&OP process.
Optimize demand planning flow. Monitor and eliminate inefficiencies in process and systems.
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Maintains a constant relationship with regional demand planners and global product line owners to understand demand forecasting drivers for geographical scope
Measured on global forecast accuracy and global forecast bias for product line within scope
What you bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or supply planning.
Understanding of demand planning practices such as forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational
