Certification Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities and Activities:
• Operating the specific applications of the Certification division;
• Translating won contracts into the monthly planning of certification audits, recertification, surveillance, special audits,
- ups, etc. ;
• Receiving audit requests from the BV network and managing them, as well as preparing audit requests to the BV network from BV Romania;
• Monitoring the completion of audits, as well as the level of customer satisfaction, according to CER MS requirements and accredited procedures;
• Monitoring nonconformities issued during audits, the status of their closure, and the performance of auditors regarding completed audits, the number of audits without nonconformities, and the average number of nonconformities issued relative to the number of audits conducted;
• Ensuring communication with collaborating auditors (non-exclusive) from the moment the collaboration contract is drawn up until the receipt of audit reports/performance sheets/invoices/related documents;
• Preparing and sending the auditor pack to each auditor, along with the previous audit report or
- provided documents necessary for the audit team (organizational charts, system documentation, various records, ;
• Issuing certificates once the certification files have been validated by LTM/CER BU Manager or ICC (India, , registering them in specific applications, and sending them for signing by BUM CER;
• Sending issued certificates to clients;
• Sending information for the issuance of invoices to BV clients, ensuring the correctness of expenses submitted by subcontractors;
• Receiving certification/recertification/surveillance audit reports, verifying them administratively, and forwarding the technical file package to LTM/Deputy (if applicable) for validation;
• Archiving technical files and certification/recertification/surveillance audit reports, as well as internally validated ones, and ensuring their delivery to the client;
• Recording nonconformities issued for all audit reports (certification/recertification/surveillance), ensuring their resolution with the client and the auditor who issued them;
Requirements:
• Minimum education: High school/University degree
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience
• Foreign languages: English – intermediate/advanced level
• PC skills: MS Office – advanced level
