The Mission
We seek an enthusiastic Chapter Lead with a passion for data and people!
You will play a crucial role in creating the
- driven culture. You will be responsible for developing a data analysts team and also delivering valuable insights to improve client experience by applying the latest Analytics interaction techniques in the domain of dialogue systems and natural language processing.
The Chapter Lead’s role is to build, manage and develop a team of data analysts working in developing analytics solutions, acting as a mentor on the technical side, but also as people manager.

We work in a hybrid mode and occasional travelling to Amsterdam will be required.
What you bring to the team:
Experience : 2 years’ experience in coordination roles and at 2-5 years of experience within data reporting & statistics
Tech stack/ knowledge :

- solving skills to make actionable recommendations based on outcomes
Foreign languages: English (advanced); Dutch/French/Spanish/German are a plus
Education : a University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics
