As a Chapter Lead Engineer for Dev
Ops in ING Bank Romania Data Tribe you will be responsible to build, manage and develop a team of Dev
Ops enginners. You will act both as a People Manager (including performance management) and as a Coach on technical side.
You will work hand in hand with ING Bank Romania Data Tribe management team, Product Owners, Architects to build, develop and maintain the Data Lake.
