They manage and train kitchen staff, create menus, order supplies, and maintain food inventory. They work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new dishes and improve existing ones, as well as ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition. The Chef de Cuisine is a key member of the kitchen team, and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the restaurant. They must be passionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to providing excellent customer service. • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role. • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Ability to manage a busy kitchen and work under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work well as part of a team. • Good
- solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and kitchen management software. • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
