Job description:
You will collaborate closely with our Finance team to oversee all financial aspects of our company on a global scale.

Your responsibilities will include leading the company’s financial strategy, supervising budgeting processes, managing cash flow, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

● Drive the company’s financial planning
● Represent the company with third parties and government agencies
● Manage vendor relationships
● Supervise billing, payroll,
- end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other
relevant financial processes
● Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas
● Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations
● Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
● Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement

Opportunities for growth:

● Coordinate the company's cash flow
● Supervise and manage the finance team
● Train and mentor department staff on policies and procedures to establish a strong
foundation for client development and service activities
● Oversee financial budgeting

Must-have:

● Min. 5 years of documented experience in a corporate environment is an absolute must
● English C1+ - we are looking for
- native english speakers, with no accent, with an experience of working with this language
● Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role

Qualifications:

● In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
● Knowledge of forecasting methods
● Excel proficiency
● Understanding of global citizen lifestyle
● Entrepreneurial

● High level of personal integrity
● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
● BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus
