Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a
- driven marketing strategy that boosts brand growth and client acquisition, leveraging AI for insights and optimization. - Brand Building & PR: Craft and manage a robust PR strategy, leading sentiment analysis, media outreach, and reputation management.
- SEO & Web Traffic: Lead AI-enhanced SEO efforts to increase web traffic, optimize content, and improve rankings.
- PPC & Paid Media: Oversee targeted, AI-optimized PPC campaigns, refining ad strategies and spend for maximum impact.
- Content & Campaign Management: Shape and implement a cohesive content strategy, driving consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of remote and
- office professionals, nurturing a
- performing and collaborative culture. - Cross-Channel Campaigns: Drive
- channel campaigns to enhance engagement and expand brand reach. - Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics to track performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally as CMO or Head of Marketing.
- AI & Data Proficiency: Strong experience using AI for campaign management, insights, and analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record in scaling marketing functions, with real estate experience preferred.
- Remote Team Management: Expertise in managing and motivating remote and
- site teams, using AI-based collaboration tools. - Communication & Analysis: Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive
