We are looking for a Chief Product and Technology Officer for our client in a remote role, preferably based in Romania or Portugal, but open to candidates from the rest of Europe as well. Join us to create

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead
  - functional teams across product management, software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security.
• Drive agile methodologies, Dev
  Ops practices, and modern software development to optimize speed, quality, and scalability.
• Lead the evolution of digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration across omnichannel customer journeys.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, ensuring best practices in product and tech development.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability across global operations.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 10+ years of leadership experience in product and technology roles (preferably in B2B Saa
S, CX, AI, or digital transformation).

✔ Proven expertise in customer experience (CX) technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven automation.

✔ Deep understanding of digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and
- service solutions.

✔ Strong track record in leading agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable Saa
S solutions.

✔ Experience in data-driven
- making, analytics, and AI/ML implementation.

✔ Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and
- solving skills.
