CISO EEMEA (Chief Information Security Officer) with French

- As CISO EEMEA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all information security operations within the EEMEA area.
- You will report directly to the Group CISO and the EEMEA Manager.
- You will work with other regional CISOs to ensure a coherent approach in line with Inetum Groups Cybersecurity strategy.
- Ensure the decline of Cybersecurity policies and standards of the group within the EEMEA area.
- Ensure the efficiency of the risk assessment with the stakeholders in the area in a pragmatic way following the standard of Group CISO department.
- Ensure the efficiency of operational cybersecurity processes in the area.
- Collaborate with the Group CISO department and other regional CISOs to harmonize security policies and standards across the company.
- Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity regulations that impact the area.
- Manage security incidents in the area, coordinate incident response, and learn from them to continually improve the company's security posture.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities in the field of cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Team of our main customers.
- Responsible for consolidating and managing the cybersecurity budget on the EEMEA area according to the budget instructions provided by CISO Group.
- Oversee security audits, analyze their results, and implement appropriate recommendations
- Raise awareness on the area and train on best practices in information security.
Qualifications
- Expertise in information systems security management.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations, including ISO 27001.
- Experience in managing security incidents and incident response.
- Strong understanding of technologies and processes related to cybersecurity, such as encryption, firewalls, authentication, intrusion detection, access and identity management, etc.
- Experience working with Sec
Ops Teams (IT, Technical cybersecurity Teams) and interacting with their technical ecosystem (vulnerability management tools, intrusion detection and prevention tools…). - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including management and
- technical stakeholders. - Ability to make strategic decisions based on risk analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- A master's or doctoral degree would be an advantage.
- Cybersecurity certification is an advantage (CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor…)
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of information security, with significant experience as a CISO or similar leadership role.
- Experience working in the EEMEA region is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
