Client Account Handler
Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits department in Marsh as Client Account Handler. This role will be based in Timisoara, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Client Account Handler
In this role, you will be responsible for the
-
- day administration of a client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.
What can you expect:
Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and administration.
Respond to client requests for insurance, policy renewals, and consultancy services.
Resolve client account issues and ensure timely and appropriate communication with clients.
Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with our international network to administer global programs when necessary.
Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
Developing and promoting products / consulting services in the area of employee benefits
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or Communication etc. ’
At least 2 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage/Banking/Finance/Clinics
Experience in client relationship management and administration.
Strong customer service orientation.
Verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to Romanian.
Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good
- discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive.
A driver's license is nice to have.
