We are looking for:

We are seeking a smart and passionate Cloud Hosting Service Consultant to join our team. Our future colleague should have experience in IT infrastructure services, preferably cloud hosting services – implementing and managing Iaa
S and Paa
S services.

What you will do:

Demand Management:Working directly with customer service teams, fully understanding, documenting and directing service requests to the appropriate GHS teams; Explaining the GHS service catalogue to cloud customers, browse available service offerings and provide advice on selecting appropriate services; Guiding cloud users how to consume GHS services; Providing direction and/or cost estimates to customer service teams; Trusted partner for territories, acting as a bridge between global and local teams.

What you must have:

Demonstrated understanding/engagement of ITIL processes and standards; Knowledge and experience in information security; Knowledge of cloud fundamentals, architectural principles, concepts; Knowledge to at least one of major Cloud Service provider catalogs, use case and benefits of those features; Hands-on experience in implementing cloud resources through CI/CD, Azure Dev
Ops; Fluent in spoken and written English.
