Communications Intern
Description
We are looking for a Communications Intern to join our great team on a 12 months limited contract. We are expanding our team of branded content professionals and digital experts who can grow Steelcase's paid, owned and earned promotion in EMEA. Our purpose is to build high level stories and grow those into a variety of tactics. You will be able to learn and contribute not only to the content and digital team, but to the broader communications team. You will be able to offer support to specific projects such as paid and organic social media, CRM projects, media partnerships, influencers, media analytics, reporting, etc. As part of this team, you will help to grow the EMEA business through the application of digital, delivering against the following objectives: What You Will Be Doing: • Digital analytics – You will work with different external and internal teams to define the Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics dashboards needed for understanding the campaigns and all the traffic campaigns. For this, you should have the ability to manage data analytics, be able to find insights in the data and understand how different digital approaches contribute to overall communication goals. • Support on the media placements plan - get the media plans and support on the implementation of the different tactics. Together with the leader and the rest of the team, you will explore PR partnerships to promote our product and brand content in the region. • Support the digital team with paid and organic social media campaigns. Together with our experts, you will help promote organically and create localized social content for our social platforms. You will work with our experts on the influencer’s strategy, implement the paid promotion plans and work with the various teams in the company to execute the content plan and promotion. Your Future Team: The storytelling and promotion team at Steelcase operates like a digital marketing agency within the company and influences every project that needs to be communicated externally – whether it’s a product launch, a brand initiative, or a partnership announcement. We create and curate the messages that help all our audiences view Steelcase as a leader who understands and can help organizations address the transformation of work. Who You Are: Required Skills and Competencies • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields or relevant experience (0-2 years overall experience)• Great written and oral Communication Skills• Fluent level of English; German or French language is a plus• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment• Collaborative, pragmatic and flexible• Willing to help other teams thrive• Be- oriented and organized• Possess analytical skills • Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player• Be
