We're seeking a dedicated Communication Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing plant communication strategies to reinforce our corporate branding as a top employer.

Create and curate engaging content across various communication channels including social media, email, website, and print materials.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.

Participate in the preparation of strategic and operational documents for both internal and external communications.

Spearhead the development of internal communication plans, tools, and channels to foster a culture of transparency and engagement.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount for this role.

Strong understanding of marketing and public relations principles and practices.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication campaigns.

Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Adaptable to
- paced environments, embracing change with a positive and creative spirit.

Ideal Background:

Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

Languages: Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, public relations, or HR roles.
