The role

Key responsibilities:

You will assist in demand management, software procurement, contract negotiation, and license compliance tracking. By ensuring the flawless execution of these tasks, you will contribute to the overall success of our software portfolio.

You will be responsible for ensuring
- quality data for key asset attributes and supporting related service management processes. Your exceptional attention to detail will ensure that our data is accurate and reliable.

Provide expertise on licensing models (Saa
S, perpetual, subscription) and recommend the best agreements.

Perform
- benefit analyses to identify savings and improve value.

As a central contact for specific
- party software, you will provide advice and consultation to
- users. Your expertise and mentorship will be instrumental in helping our clients make informed decisions.

Seek ways to streamline software costs, including license consolidation and optimization.

You will play a crucial role in helping us ensure software license compliance and assist in software audits. Your meticulous approach to compliance will help us maintain our extraordinary standards.

We need to ensure that internal 3rd party software use takes place in accordance with contractual and internal requirements.

Identify and remediate software license related risks resulting out of usage of prohibited, unmanaged, unlicensed software.

Establish and maintain software catalog that provides governance for compliant software.

Mitigation of legal risk, avoidance of fines and penalties, adherence to cyber security.

What we need to see from you

2–4 years of experience in IT consulting, software sales, or license sourcing.

Background in software procurement, vendor management.

Understanding of software licensing models, processes, and supplier ecosystems.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to prioritization and execution are essential. Your capacity to effectively analyze data and communicate insights will be key to your success.

Some background in a
- paced business setting with customer or client management is desirable. This experience will provide you with an advantage in comprehending the intricacies of our industry.
