Soft has a team of +600 software specialists and projects in 41 countries on 4 continents. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with contracts and acts signed with customers. Complete client questionnaires on ethics and compliance principles. Stay updated on legal regulations and industry standards. Develop and update compliance policies and procedures. Evaluate suppliers and customers according to due diligence procedures. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on compliance issues. Conduct annual compliance training for employees. Develop and review annual compliance plans. Maintain certifications such as ISO standards and SOC 2. Manage response to security incidents and personal data violations. What you need to succeed:  Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Engineering;  Minimum 4 years of relevant risk and compliance experience in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;  Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices;  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a
