The Mission
Your Mission as Compliance Officer to ING Hubs Romania is to identify, assess, advise on, monitor, and report on the ING Hubs Romania’s compliance risk to help the organization comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will also have a role in developing, implementing, and applying relevant policies and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulation, and standards, both internal and external.
In your role as Compliance Officer, you will be working with many stakeholders to make sure ING’s internal mandatory policies and regulatory obligations are embedded and will support ING Hubs Romania management in broadening Compliance awareness within the location.
You will have the opportunity to work with global teams and various risk and business functions within ING to assure the proper risk management is implemented across the organization.
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
- related requirements to ensure that they act in accordance with laws, regulations and ING risk appetite as defined in ING Policies, including keeping them informed on developments in the compliance area. In line with ING Values, the Compliance Risk Management function deepens the culture of compliance by enabling the business to act with integrity.
