Key Responsibilities
Contact Center Associate with Italian and English Work from Office
Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls/email / social media
As part of the Contact Center team, manage phone calls/email/social media customer's requests and handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hotels, services, baggage queries
Your Profile
Excellent speaking and writing skills in Italian (C level) and English – fluency in speaking and writing correctly and at ease - mandatory
Previous work experience in an international tourism environment is a valuable advantage, but not mandatory
Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact centre will be an added advantage
Graduate in any discipline / Undergraduate
Willingness to search for required information from customers with a strong focus on solving client's requests
Note
The positions offer a -day work week with rotating days off, across various shifts including mornings and evenings. The next start dates are June th and June th.
The interview process consists of one language test, followed by an offer for successful candidates.
