What would you do?
Bid Management is part of Operations Team within the Solution Value Consulting function. We are a global team, supporting Basware to achieve high success rates in competitive bid engagements by providing easy access to high quality,
- facing information about our organisation and the services and solutions we offer.
As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and driving growth. Your words will directly impact our clients’
- making process, making this role both challenging and rewarding.
Your role as a Content Specialist will be to help apply a coherent Bid Content Strategy throughout the company, with an emphasis on quality, precision, and uniformity. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive content for proposals, RFXs, and other sales collateral. You will have and oversee content that is owned by several areas of the Basware business. Keeping a strong, active network of key contacts within the appropriate areas of our organisation to help with content creation and management of the responses and content will be vital.
The role is suitable for someone who has experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing, or Knowledge Management. You should be willing to contribute to the success of the Bid Management program across the company.
