Continuous Improvement Engineer Hunedoara

Tasks:

• Lead and develop continuous improvement initiatives within the plant;
• Analyze and optimize processes using Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies;
• Monitor and implement key projects (e. g. , Special processes Minutes, Scrap Reduction, Mold Optimization, BOP/BOM improvements);
• Manage Continuous Improvements projects (CIP), identification of
  - avoiding/ saving opportunities;
• Organize and coordinate improvement measures;
• Document and track the results of implemented measures;
• Present improvement results to stakeholders.

Profile:

• Bachelor degree in a technical field (e. g. , Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen or Six Sigma methods;
• Basic knowledge of mechatronics, injection mold technology and materials;
• Advanced English language skills, German language is a plus;
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
• Very good communication skills, team–player and
  - motivated;
• Strong
  - oriented thinking and analytical skills.
