We are looking for a Customer On-boarding Manager to join our Contract Logistics team in Bucharest.
Your Role You will be responsible to deliver customer
- boarding project implementations and ensure all customer
- boarding projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget. You will manage and
- actively
- up and intervene where needed in running customer onboarding projects. Your Responsibilities - Control, overview and reporting of current project status;
- Management of all project relevant elements like staffing, material/information flows, equipment, etc. and of all resources allocated to the project in such a way that these deliver all the work required to complete the project within time, scope and budget;
- Be the primary contact for our Customers and Internal Stakeholders during implementations;
- Responsible for making sure projects are implemented on time, within budget and with the right quality;
- Project Communication to client as well as all involved departments;
- Development and management of project plan;
- Support operational processes during
- up after implementation ; - Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations.
Your Skills and Experiences - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Good analytical and coordinating abilities
- Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
- Knowledge of Finance / Controlling in order to ensure good follow up of project budget
- Priority setting and
- up - Delegation of tasks and planning of resources
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to travel
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Email)
- Advanced level of English both verbal and writing
