Requirements

  Master Degree in Law;

  Legal background in Corporate Law and previous experience is requested;

  Lawyer attestation will be considered as a plus;

  Excellent  knowledge of Microsoft Office;

  Fluency in English, the knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus;

Job description

Webuild is hiring a Corporate Affairs Lawyer for its branch in Bucharest.

Activities:

• - level="1">

  Preparation, management and maintaining records of the Article of Associations, Joint Venture Agreement & Consortium Agreement, including addendum, updates and all statutory requirement in coordination with the AFC Manager and the Head Office; 

• - level="1">

  Preparation of Power of Attorney, legalization and attestation in coordination with Head Office;

• - level="1">

  The convening  of Board of Representative, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Steering Committee, recording and preparation of the relevant Minutes of Meeting and Agenda; 

• - level="1">

  Submission of Form and convening with Local Authorities;

• - level="1">

  Support Contract & Legal team upon request;
