Our dynamic marketing team in Cluj-Napoca, already counting over 130 people, is looking for a content writer for two of Yardi Systems’ brands. The websites you’ll be writing for promote software products to real estate professionals in the U. S. market. You will be part of a marketing team that produces both
- funnel and thought leadership blog articles, email campaigns and ad copy for lead generation, as well as commercial real estate market reports and studies using original research and proprietary data.

Our blogs attract thousands of readers every month and are regularly covered by top industry players: The New York Times, Forbes, CNBC, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and many more. As a content writer, you will be responsible for writing and publishing on the blog market reports, research studies, news stories, blog articles, and other content marketing projects. You will work closely with an accomplished team of analysts, writers, SEO and communication specialists in order to grow the authority of our websites through successful content marketing and link building initiatives.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

• Write market reports and original articles based on data research for the general public;
• Write informative, engaging articles for our blog audience;
• Develop creative, strategic and consistent copy based on product information, market research and data for outreach and
  - building campaigns;
• Assist with the development of public relations and other
  - focused content as needed;
• Other writing tasks may include landing page copy, PPC ads, or copy for email marketing campaigns and social media;
• Assist with content ideation, content management and publishing;
• Manage and oversee freelance writers as needed.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working in a content writing, marketing, communications, or journalism role primarily in English;
• Native-like command of the U. S. English language (speaking & writing);
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Letters, or a related subject is preferred;
• Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct text, with high attention to detail;
• Great report writing and summarizing skills;
• Experience working in Word
  Press;
• Skilled in writing sales copy, product copy, marketing copy, banner copy, ad copy etc.  
• Ability to develop complicated, analytic concepts, and distill them for a target audience;
• Driven team player, collaborator, and relationship builder;
• Ability to work effectively on
  - functional teams;
• Interest in inbound marketing and SEO is considered a plus.
