Croatian Customer Support in Cluj
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with
- related questions, troubleshooting, and general information. - Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native Croatian speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong
- solving abilities and a
- centric approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
