Role Overview:
As a Croatian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the direct link between our customers in Croatia and our services. You will provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with various customer service needs to ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver
- notch customer service, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
This position is on-site, based in our Cluj-Napoca office, offering you the chance to work in a vibrant, collaborative environment. Additionally, we offer a €1000 signing bonus to welcome you to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for Croatian-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing any
- purchase inquiries. - Account Assistance: Help customers with
- related issues, including password resets, account updates, and payment issues. - Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Escalation Management: Identify more complex issues and escalate them to relevant departments when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow-Up: Conduct
- up calls or emails to ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their inquiries. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Sharing: Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve processes, products, and services.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Croatian and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer interaction, service, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and manage customer relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy in handling customer orders and documenting customer interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and general office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with team members to meet customer needs.
