Role Summary:
As a Croatian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Croatian-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with orders to resolving any issues they may encounter. Working on-site in our Cluj-Napoca office, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. In addition, we offer a generous €1000 signing bonus to welcome you aboard.
Main Duties:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for Croatian-speaking customers, addressing their queries through phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly address customer concerns, ensuring each interaction results in a satisfactory resolution.
- Order Support: Help customers with the full order process, including placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and more.
- Account Assistance: Provide support with account management tasks such as password resets, payment issues, and account updates.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an
- depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and advice to customers. - Issue Escalation: Recognize complex cases that need to be escalated to specialized teams, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct
- ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and confirm that their concerns have been fully addressed. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, including conversations, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer insights that could improve our services and processes.
Skills and Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian and English: Proficiency in both languages, with excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Effective Problem-Solver: Strong
- solving abilities, ensuring that customer issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. - Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer
- keeping. - Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
