What you will do
As a Services Content and Enablement Professional, you will work with sales to develop and execute a comprehensive content development strategy aligned with Oracle's Customer Success Service goals. You will create
- quality content, including success stories, guides, training materials, and videos, to facilitate CSS adoption and ongoing customer success.
