Yepp was created by sport fans for sport fans. We are a dedicated and passionate team that lives and breathes sport. Our concept emerged from our own desires as avid sport fans. We realized that there is no product out there that combines every aspect tailored to give us as fans, a full sport consumption experience.
We love watching sports together with our friends and placing a bet between us to make the experience more thrilling. Normal betting companies are focused on emptying users pockets, to fill theirs. Whereas in our concept we merely facilitate bets between users, with one guaranteed winner for every bet.
We wanted to give us and other users a friendly alternative that brings fans and friends closer to sport and to one another.
Job Description
SOW:
- Architect, build and scale new features
- Responsible for code quality, reviews and testing. Assuring code is delivered at the highest standard.
- Translate business objectives into product roadmap.
- Own product roadmap and assure the meeting of KPI’s
- Maintain technical documentation
- Ensure highest standard of technical infrastructure for product & corporate
Experience:
- Experience in building web & mobile applications
- Managed a team of developers and led projects to production
- Experience with Node. js & React Native
- Experience with WebSocket & APIs
- DevOps experience (AWS)
- Experience with MongoDB
- Expertise with Git and CI / CD workflows
- Motivated to understand the betting business, to know our users, their needs, and deliver results
Nice to have:
- An eye for building beautiful and intuitive apps
- Previous start-up experience
