Receiving Materials:

Receiving of the materials, undertaking goods inwards and making identity checks, taking into account the expected quality, laws and regulations.

Recording of the receipt of goods in the ERP system.

Register all the parcels in the database and inform the end users about the arrival of the packages.

Hand over the goods to the end user (document the handover).

Delivery:

Packing and preparing of the goods in accordance with delivery priorities and agreements for dispatch, guaranteeing that they are packed correctly for transport by external parties, in order to avoid damaging the goods.

Register all the shipments in the data base.

Transport:

Give over transport orders to external freight forwarder considering law requirements.

Planning, steering and controlling of the transport to ensure a smooth cooperation between all partners.  

Clarify and make documentation in case of claims with the goal to minimize the damage. Perform the required documents for transport (delivery note/invoice; consignment
- awb/cmr)

Preparing the letters and notes for all kind of deliveries for all types of transport.

Transfer supplier and customer requests in transport orders to realize the delivery / pickup in time and cost effective.
