SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the Request for Quote (RFQ) received from the company's locations across Europe.
• Identify customer needs understand basic technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams and factories (as needed) and determine corresponding product to be offered

• Configure the products to validate the model number, confirm price and lead time
• Create a quote in Oracle, and submit the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate
• Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered technical proposal and commercial terms. Help resolving any
  - related issues that may occur with the customer
• Occasionally Engage with customers communicating in a professional manner with highest standards

• Assist other departments in solving low technical complexity related issues on existing quotes and associated orders
• Specify a delivery time for the selected products.
• Act as a liaison between sales offices – factories – customers.
• Provide general support for sales offices.
• Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications.
• Draw-up specific activity reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Engineering;
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);
• Languages: English-advanced level;
• PC skills: MS Office, Internet.
