This is a proposal engineering role, responsible for handling low complexity MRO (Tier 0) requests for quotes for MSOL products and turning those RFQs into Orders by sending customers an accurate and
- time quote, ensuring requests are handled at a high quality, accurately, and in time.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify customer needs understand basic technical requirements, liaise with customers, sales teams, and factories (as needed), and determine the corresponding product to be offered

• Configure the products to validate the model number, confirm price and lead time
• Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered technical proposal and commercial terms. Help resolve any
  - related issues that may occur with the customer

• Assist other departments in solving low technical
  - related issues on existing quotes and associated orders
• Specify a delivery time for the selected products.
• Act as a liaison between sales offices – factories – and customers.
• Provide general support for sales offices.
• Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Engineering (Process Engineering)
• 1-3 years experience in a similar position or a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);
• Languages: English-advanced level;
• PC skills: MS Office, Internet
