Customer Engagement Specialist (Croatian market)

Languages: Native or C2 level Croatian, B2 level English
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferred (Native speakers without experience are also encouraged to apply)
Salary Conditions:
- Monthly base salary: 7750 RON / 1560 Gross
- Signing Bonus: 1000 Euro Gross (paid in the first 3 months: 500/250/250 Euro respectively)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 150 Euro Gross after 3 months, up to 200 Euro Gross over 12 months, and up to 250 Euro Gross after 24 months
- Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day (120 Euro per month, loaded onto a personal meal tickets card)
- Medical Subscription: Starts from the 2nd month of employment

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team for the Marketplace project based in Cluj-Napoca. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services, orders, and account inquiries
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and
- solving
Requirements:
- Fluent in Croatian (Native or C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a
- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
