What you´ll do

• Responsible to ensure the orders processing from his assigned customers, the correspondence regarding the promotional activities and complaints.
• Ensures the processing of the assigned orders in the operating system (SAP) for the allocated customers
• Processes in SAP orders for promotional materials and products
• Issues return and correction invoices according to the information sent/approved by direct manager/ sales managers/ logistic manager
• Issues delivery notes and invoices, in cases established by the direct manager, according to particularities and requirements of Division activities

What makes you a good fit

• At least 1 year professional experience in similar activities
• University degree
• PC good knowledge ( MS Office, email)
• Work experience in operating systems (SAP – advantage)
• English – writing/reading/ speaking: very good
