We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest.
As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized experience to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our valued clients. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our City, State location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by providing timely and accurate information, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with
