We are hiring a Customer Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain the integrity of customer master data across our systems. This role ensures that customer data is accurate, complete, and consistent, supporting critical business processes and
- making. You will collaborate with various departments to implement data governance policies and optimize data management practices. As part of our Operations team in Cluj, you will be responsible for customer data management across the EMEA & NA regions. What You Will Be Doing: Master Data Management: Oversee the creation, modification, and deactivation of customer master data records in SAP, ensuring compliance with business rules and data governance policies. Data Accuracy & Validation : Review and validate customer information provided by internal stakeholders, ensuring completeness and alignment with business requirements. Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with
- functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Order Fulfilment team to resolve master data issues efficiently. Data Governance Implementation: Enforce global data governance policies and drive standardization efforts to enhance data quality and consistency. Process Optimization & Documentation: Identify inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and maintain

- date documentation for master data processes. Data Quality Initiatives: Support data cleansing projects to improve accuracy and eliminate outdated or redundant records. Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights that drive operational excellence. Flexibility & Business Support: Adapt to different business models within order management, contributing based on workload and company priorities. Who You Are: Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field;

Experience in master data management or order management;

Analytical and
- solving skills;

Attention to details, Excel user;

Effective communication and collaboration skills;

English advanced;

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

Understanding of SAP modules and their integration with master data.

Experience with data migration projects

Nice to have Intermediate level of French/German;
