The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, in Croatian.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
The Profile
- Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Sales oriented person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a
- paced environment. - Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail.
