Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to our clients by phone, email and other communication channels
• Managing requests and solving problems related to our products and services
• Ensuring effective communication between the client and internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction
• Monitoring and
- up of customer requests until they are fully resolved
• Collaboration with the production and logistics team to provide accurate and

- date information to customers about the status of orders and delivery terms
• Realization of production plans depending on the volume of orders
Your Profile:
• Intermediate level knowledge of German and advanced level of English
• Previous professional experience in customer relations
• Previous experience in the automotive field
• Operating skills in the Microsoft Office package and the PPS order management system
• Analytical thinking
