Be part of our colorful and motivated customer service team and contribute to the professional phone support of our private customers by coordinating appointments for our branches. With your support, you will help to continuously improve our service quality.
Your new role
- An attractive mix of inbound and outbound calls - no sale and no acquisition
- Appointment coordination and planning
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide optimal solutions
- Varied tasks in customer service, always help at hand
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Your skills
- 1 year of experience in customer service or other
- facing sectors - Very good written and spoken Dutch and French language skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with always a friendly and professional demeanor and empathy
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Motivation to work in customer service - experienced or newcomer
