Be part of our colorful and motivated customer service team and contribute to the professional phone support of our private customers by coordinating appointments for our 130 branches in Germany and Austria. With your support you will help to continuously improve our service quality.

- Customer Engagement: Deliver proactive service (95% outbound) and coordinate branch visits.
- Problem Solving: Identify needs, clarify issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Delight: Go beyond expectations to enhance customer experiences.
Your Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken German.
- Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and
- focused. - Adaptability: Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.
- Experience: Background in customer service sectors.
Bonus Points For:
- Telesales or Collections Experience: Previous roles in these areas are a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Automotive Passion: An interest in the automotive industry.
