- Offer expert advice on hardware, software, operating systems, and general troubleshooting techniques, with a strong focus on smartphone products.
- Handle escalated technical issues efficiently, ensuring a professional and
- quality resolution. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in electronic products, particularly smartphones.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in German.
- Strong

- centric approach. - Prior experience in technical customer service or support is preferred.
- A college diploma or higher education qualification is required.
