Salary Package: 4920 RON net per month, including:

• Base Salary: 4370 RON net
• Meal Tickets: 25 RON per working day
• Transport Reimbursement
• Private Medical Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is required.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and
  - centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
