Customer Support Specialist (Croatian + English)

- Comprehensive Compensation Package:
- Monthly Salary: 7, 750 RON Gross (~1, 560 Euro Gross).
- Signing Bonus: Up to 1, 000 Euro Gross paid in the first 3 months (500/250/250).
- Performance Bonus:
- After 3 months: up to 150 Euro Gross.
- After 12 months: up to 200 Euro Gross.
- After 24 months: up to 250 Euro Gross.
- Meal Tickets: 30 RON/working day (~120 Euro/month) loaded on a personal meal ticket card.
- Medical Subscription: Provided starting the 2nd month of employment.
- Relocation Support:
- Accommodation: 6 months support (3 months in our accommodation + 3 months rent allowance of 500 Euro Gross/month).
- Transportation: Fully covered relocation costs (plane ticket, bus, train).
- Work-Life Balance and Flexibility:
- Work Model: On-site role in Romania.
- Flexibility: After 6 months, you may work from Croatia for 5-6 months (Project Manager approval required) before returning to Romania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels, ensuring exceptional service.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to continuously improve processes and performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of marketplace operations to provide optimal solutions to customer issues.
