Customer Support Specialist (relocation to Sofia)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Start Date: November 25, 2024
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a. m. 10:00 p. m. and Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 a. m. 6:00 p. m. (local market time zone)
Relocation Package:
- Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months in the company
Support documentation to be collected -
- ticket, invoice
Approvals to be collected with the offer approvals - 10 Nights in a city center hotel* (breakfast included)
Our Relocation Specialist will book the hotel and process the payments (65 - 80 BGN per night) - Advance in salary of 1056 BGN
The advance to be deducted in 3 equal installments per 352 BGN monthly starting with the first full salary
The advance payment will be processed within 5 working days upon providing an active bank account to the HR department
Total cost: up to 1290 BGN (up to 1140 BGN with most frequently used hotel)

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve customer service goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a
- oriented approach - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays based on business needs
Training: Fully paid 2 weeks training + 1 week nesting
