Customer Support with Croatian
Are you a dynamic individual fluent in Croatian and English, looking for an exciting opportunity abroad?
We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our vibrant team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. If you are willing to relocate and start a new adventure, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information in both Croatian and English.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and prompt support.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written).
- A minimum B2 English level.
- Strong communication and
- solving skills. - Ability to work
- site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. - Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic,
- oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Benefits Package:
- Signing Bonus: 1, 000 gross, paid within the first 3 months.
- Performance Bonus: Available after 3 months, based on individual and team performance.
