In this role, we are looking for someone with a good level of English, analytic mindset, and a passion for IT solutions. Has the technical background skills tailored to Cyber Defense and is looking to continue his career in the security incident management domain.
Responsibilities
• Incident Management, as a member of the Cyber Defense team, you will need to be able to adequately respond to cybersecurity incidents by working collaboratively with other suppliers and stakeholders.
• Help in development and testing the new proposed Solutions, tools and automations for the customer. Mainly Service
Now Platform data and integration.
• Will be part of the Team maintaining 24/7 phone lines support (via shift rotation spread throughout the Team) and email reported issues for security.
• Will be part of the Team maintaining service for ticket delivery and initial triaging of end user reported security concerns.
• Raise proactive flags on Security trends that might impact operations or the client.
• Transform and enhance the reports and reporting tools/ Dashboards used as part of the service component.
• Support and participate in transformation projects for the client.
• Participates in process meetings if required, ensuring that the actions discussed are fulfilled.
• Will be part of the Team delivering consultancy tickets for end users related to Security topics.
• Will support the team in increasing the knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity area.
• Self-motivated, must be proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues,
- users, and with external vendors.

• Strives to be the expert in all Cyber Defense related technical and operational topics from the Genpact CDO Team.

• Ability to respond to and deal with a range of ad hoc queries/requests related to security topics.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Relevant year of experience in a
- related role, with a focus on incident response and analysis.
• Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with the ability to identify and respond to security incidents quickly and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and tools such as firewalls, VPN, data loss prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, MDR & XDR and security audits.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, as well as operating systems.
• Experience with security incident response tools and techniques, including forensic analysis and/or malware.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS and troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues tailored on the Cyber Defense environment.
• Comfort with Technology – Demonstrated Ability to research solutions and prepare SOPs for new technical problems.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to
- technical users by phone, in person and in writing.
• Ability to effectively prioritize security tasks and good time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in threat hunting and the ability to identify and investigate suspicious network and systems activity.
• Experience with one or more scripting languages: Python, Bash, Power
Shell
• Previous experience with reporting and the Service Now platform.
• Any certification related to Security Operations:
Azure Security Fundamentals, SC-200, SC-500, SC-900, Comp
TIA Security+, GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)
