Inviting applications for the role of Cyber Defense Process Specialist – Assistant Manager- English – Hybrid Bucharest

In this role, you will work following Agile Methodology as a Team Member of CDO Threat Response Product Team having ownership on Service
Now Security Operations (referred as Sec
Ops) related Data Model and facilitating cooperation between our Product Team and Service
Now Orchestration Team.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake the following activities as part of our team, inside client’s Product Team:

• Translate Business Requirements to Functional and Non-Functional Specifications

• Supervise Security Incident Management and Security Problem Management Workflows and Processes

• Own Service
Now Data Model in Sec
Ops module

• Supervise Access related queries in Sec
Ops

• Analytics on Service Data

• Process & Control Improvement type of activities (e. g. Monitoring and Governance)

• Project Based activities (e. g. adoption of a new technology) as Business Analyst type of activities

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Agile Trained & Tested - Jira understanding: The Product Team is working in Agile format with 2 weeks Sprints

• ITIL Foundation Trained & Tested: A good understanding of overall Processes Management (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) / Service Management is relevant for a correct integration with Security Management

• Service
Now configuration understanding

• Cybersecurity general concepts understanding

• Client Focused and Oriented

• Understanding of Business Requirements

• Self-Organizing Skills are very important, the role is unique in the team and client’s Product Team, and it requires a strong cooperation with the Tower Lead to fulfill the deliveries accordingly

• Communication & Presentation skills are also important, the process improvements and business requirements translation need to be correctly visualized to be explicit and inclusive in the Product Team’s agenda
