The Cyber Validation Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading a team consisting of Cyber Validation Analysts/Engineers.  Responsible for testing and validating the security implementations inside Autoliv, this includes
- up tasks with other IT Teams or Service Owners (Coordinating Remediation activities), report findings and strategic recommendations to upper management.  The team is multinational with members in America, Asia and Europe.

• Lead and coordinate the Cyber Validation Team.
• Encourage and support team members to advance in professional development.
• Coordinate and perform Red Team and Penetration Testing activities to uncover security weaknesses in the Organization's IT and OT landscape
• Manage and execute Vulnerability Assessments both in IT and OT Environment, coordinate the outcome together with other IT Teams and/or the business
• Plan and launch Phishing Simulations to evaluate user risk
• Audit of internal protection mechanisms and their rulesets
• Manage external attack surface and exposure
• Ensure internal developed applications are secured
• Monitor vulnerabilities and newly discovered threats impacting Autoliv.
• Securing Autoliv by identifying potential risks and remediating them
• Make sound decisions on global level, while considering different business demands.
