Position Overview:
In this role as a Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking clientele. You will assist customers with their queries, manage orders, and resolve any concerns they may have. Your key focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Manage inquiries from Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with issues related to products, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Order Handling: Support customers with placing, modifying, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges for orders.
- Account Assistance: Help customers with
- related queries, including payments, invoices, and account updates. - Product Expertise: Stay informed about the company’s product offerings to provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers.
- Escalation Management: Forward unresolved issues or complex cases to relevant departments for further action.
- Follow-Up: Ensure customers are satisfied by conducting timely
- ups after their issues have been addressed. - CRM Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, updates, and issues in the company’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with various internal teams to ensure seamless support and to enhance service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are required for both languages.
- Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in a
- facing role is preferred but not mandatory. - Effective Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Excellent Communication: Capable of delivering professional communication while building strong customer relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and general office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer queries in a
