Role description:
- Understand Client Policies and Guidelines;
- Strong research, analytical and decision making skills;
- Logical reasoning skills;
- Pay attention to detail;
- Overall ownership of language specific glossaries, style guides, and translation memory management strategy;
- Serve as an arbitrator when differences of opinion arise during translation activities;
- Ownership of language quality metrics, internal and external;
- Demonstrate aptitude to working effectively autonomously with minimum supervision;
- Ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities;
- Resolve issues and express ingenuity as required;
- Identify and escalate any potential issues in the process;
- Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures;
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions;
- Interact effectively with other internal and Client teams;
- Review and validate images;
- Achieve quality standards for all relevant met.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (B2) and at least Upper Intermediate English;
- BPO background is a plus;
- Customer Interaction Handling;
- Problem Solving Escalation Management;
- Data Quality;
- Operational Excellence;
- Service Level Agreement handling;
- Attitude to work according to defined procedures routines, escalating any discrepancy or missing instruction;
- You own a Bachelor's Degree.
